Meditations on Media & Mediatization

$40 - $50 Original letterpress prints (8” x 20”) wrapped & folded into a single-page book (8” x 5”).

Each folded book is a printed page offering a meditation on mediatization, on literacy, and on solastalgia.

Through letterpress printing, I am composing at the press. Each print is a meditative investigation into how we learn to read our world. I am becoming more aware of how the processes of mediatization and critical literacies have evolved and changed during my lifetime. We used to go outside when I was young, but now we increasingly go online. How has digitization changed our process of reading of our worlds?
